After much research and price comparison, I purchased a Sundance Spa from Knickerbocker pools. At the time of the purchase I was concerned about how the spa would be delivered to my patio which is down a long flight of exterior, stone, stairs. The staff at Knickerbocker assured me that they could handle this delivery and they did it flawlessly! The owner of the company even came to my house to personally supervise the difficult delivery and set-up. The spa is working perfectly and the staff has even followed-up with me to ensure that everything is going well. Pretty amazing service...very satisfied!
